How often do you inspect the property?
Keyrenter conducts in-person walkthroughs with tenants every 9 to 10 months as part of our routine inspections to thoroughly assess your property. This helps ensure everything is in good shape and that tenants are following lease terms. Our focus on:
– Verifying lease compliance, such as checking for unauthorized pets or extra occupants
– Looking for visible signs of tenant damage or issues like leaks
– Making sure furnace filters, smoke alarms, and CO alarms are working properly
– Confirming with tenants if there are any concerns or maintenance needs
After the inspection, we compile all findings, photos, and notes into a detailed report for you. Any necessary action items are clearly outlined, ensuring we address any concerns and take proactive steps to keep your property in excellent condition.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?
At Keyrenter San Diego, we are committed to delivering outstanding property management services. If you feel we are not meeting your expectations, we encourage your feedback to help us enhance our services.
Should you need to terminate your lease early, please inform us of the reason. We do not impose a cancellation fee. However, if the lease is broken within the first 90 days, a fee equivalent to one month’s rent applies. After 90 days, we require a letter from the owner detailing the reason for termination.

What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?
If a tenant approved and placed by Keyrenter San Diego fails to pay rent, we will manage the eviction process and cover court costs and filing fees up to $1,500. . Over the past nine years, our eviction rate has remained below 1%.
